All refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. No requests will be accepted beyond this period.
All our items are 100% handmade crochet products. Slight handmade traces, size deviations, and color differences on different screens are not quality defects.
Handmade custom items and clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless there is a serious quality issue.
Refunds or returns will not be approved for personal reasons, including dislike, unsuitable size, wrong purchase, or change of mind.
No after-sales service will be provided for items that have been used, washed, stained or intentionally damaged.
For after-sales support, clear photos or videos of defective items must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Late requests will not be processed.
Minor compression during international shipping is normal and not considered a quality defect, so no refund will be issued.
Orders beyond 30 days are not eligible for refund, return, exchange or chargeback dispute for any reason.
